Campus Beauty

Campus Beauty

The Loyola Lakeshore campus is so scenic and beautiful, even as the seasons now change from summer to fall. Everyday as I walk around the campus, there is so much color and variety in the trees and flowers. Workers work daily to maintain its beauty. In front of the IC and quad, there are now vibrant and gorgeous flowers of maroon and gold- the colors of our school (how meaningful and awesome is that!). In the coming weeks, Loyola shall open up its new west quad- the vast, open grassy area. Tall trees line up around its perimeters making campus appear to be so botanic, so green, and lively.
On the lakeshore campus, there’s one aspect of the campus area that cannot be left out in terms of beauty– the lake. The lake is so blue on beautiful, sunny days and the sounds of waves and water splashing on the huge rocks are soothing and therapeutic. Even if the lake is frozen during the winter time, the white snow that blankets the frozen ice. It’s still is as peaceful as it is during the summertime.
As a whole, it is a privilege to be a student at Loyola where the school is simply breath-taking and beautiful.
