Multiple Phishing Email

Over the last several days, the university has experienced a number of phishing email attempts that are designed to steal your uvid and password. The general format for these messages is similar to:

Dear LucĀ® Email users!

Our web administrator has been notify of some Unwarranted /Unauthorized activities in our Webmail database For these reason two (2) of your Incoming Mails has been suspend till you verify your mailbox
Kindly Click Luc Account Verification to verify your account.

Thank you for C0-operation
LucĀ® Web admin.

Clicking the link will lead you to a page similar to this:

If you provide your information they will use it to hack into your LUC email account and will phish everyone in your address book. Please do not click the link in this email, simply delete it. If you have already clicked the link and provided your information, please change your password immediately.
