The subject line reads as follows: “LUC APPROVED PART TIME EMPLOYMENT OFFER.” This fraudulent communication falsely suggests available positions at Loyola, seeking individuals characterized as “Highly intelligent and organized” to provide both personal and administrative support. It’s essential to note that authentic student worker opportunities at Loyola are exclusively posted on Handshake. To validate this, please refer to our official Handshake platform through the link provided here: https://www.luc.edu/career/handshake/.

Additionally, several LUC outlook accounts have been compromised and are actively disseminating this scam.

Please exercise prudent skepticism towards any job offers received via Outlook, regardless of whether they are associated with the Luc domain or not. We urge you to promptly report any suspicious emails originating from compromised LUC accounts to our Information Technology Services (ITS) via the contact methods outlined below.
