OUCH! January Edition – Learn how to Create a Cybersecure Home

Posted on: January 10th, 2018 by
SANS Ouch! - The Monthly Security Awareness Newsletter for Everyone

We are excited to announce the January issue of OUCH! This month, led by Guest Editor Matt Bromiley, we cover the topic “Creating a Cybersecure Home”. This is the perfect topic to kick off the new year as we cover not only how to secure your personal devices, but how to secure your devices as they connect to and interact with your home. In addition, with the new Meltdown and Spectre vulnerabilities, this newsletter helps people mitigate those risks with an emphasis on patching and keeping your systems updated. Finally, we have a digital poster that accompanies this OUCH newsletter, which you can also download. Share OUCH! and the poster with your family and friends, or feel free to distribute internally throughout your own organization.
