On Friday, February 24, at 1 p.m., father Richard Evely wrote, “Be the person your dog thinks you are,” on a cement wall outside of Sullivan Center. He said his motivation for writing this was his daughter, Mariah. I took the picture at 2 p.m. shortly after he wrote it, in case the weather might wash it away.
