Chipotle hosted Cultivate: food, ideas and music festival in Lincoln Park. As the title lends, the idea is to provide a fun afternoon of free music and games, while educating people on sustainable farming and nutrition. Guests were invited to take their program to the different learning stations throughout the park to collect stamps.

Once we collected 4, we got gift card for a free burrito! Local sustainable growers and food businesses gave out free samples and shared their contribution to healthy farms and food.

Salad today, doughnut the next. My most recent adventure was to Glazed and Infused, a doughnut shop in Wicker Park. I went with the trio sampler to maximize tasting options.

What you are looking at here: PB&J-filled with amazing jelly and topped with peanut butter icing, Apple fritter- huge chunks of apple and tons of frosting & Chocolate cake- dense, chocolatey, and delicious!
