Alexandra Escobar, current student in the Administration and Supervision EdD program and Assistant Principal at Richard Lee Elementary School in Chicago, participated in a school drive for water for the folks of Flint Michigan. The school collected over 1000 cases of bottled water.
Martha Ryan-Toye, current doctoral student in Administration and Supervision, was recently selected to become the Superintendent of Riverside School District 96. Loyola’s Future Teachers Club members were a strong presence at the Illinois Education Association Fall 2015 Conference November 20-21 in Lisle, Illinois. As a chapter of IEA, the Club applied and was awarded a service project grant of $500 to host a family literacy night in collaboration with a local Chicago Public School. Congratulations!
