{"id":463,"date":"2014-11-11T15:47:38","date_gmt":"2014-11-11T21:47:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.luc.edu\/uiso\/?p=463"},"modified":"2014-11-11T15:47:38","modified_gmt":"2014-11-11T21:47:38","slug":"november-11-2014-phishing-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.luc.edu\/uiso\/november-11-2014-phishing-report\/","title":{"rendered":"November 11, 2014 Phishing Report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.luc.edu\/uiso\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Phishing-Email1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-468\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.luc.edu\/uiso\/files\/2014\/11\/Phishing-Email1-300x64.png\" alt=\"Phishing Email\" width=\"300\" height=\"64\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Over the past week or so, the UISO has noticed an increased amount of these phishing e-mails, stating that the receiver&#8217;s password is about to expire, and they need to validate his or her\u00a0e-mail account. \u00a0These e-mails are coming from seemingly random senders, and not from within Loyola&#8217;s network, as you can see by their e-mail address in the message.<\/p>\n<p>Please remember to never give out your password and to always double-check the sender to make sure it is who you think it may be.
