Coming soon to a Zoom web portal near you: an update to look and feel of the user interface (UI). On September 30<\/span>th<\/span>, Zoom will be updating the look and feel of the Zoom web portal. Will this affect how you join meetings? No! This change only affects those who use the web portal to access recordings, transcripts, whiteboards, and account settings.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What is going to change? Here is a look at how you saw the web portal before and what the new version will look like on September 30<\/span>th<\/span>. Here are two comparison images of the old and new interfaces.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the new interface, you can sti<\/span>ll<\/span> access <\/span>all the same features<\/span>,<\/span> but <\/span>they<\/span> will just be in a different place.<\/span> If you want to poke around and look at the differences, go ahead and sign in to the web portal.<\/a> <\/span><\/span>Once<\/span> you have signed in<\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span><\/span> you should see <\/span>a toggle in the upper right corner<\/span> where you can enable or disable the changes before September 30<\/span><\/span>th.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Looking to change the settings for all your meetings? All settings may be accessed via a pop-out menu<\/span>. Here you can change your settings for meetings and look at all the features that Zoom <\/span>has,<\/span> such as <\/span>Zoom<\/span> AI<\/span>, <\/span>which is <\/span>included in <\/span>Loyola\u2019s<\/span> license<\/span>. Explore the Zoom AI settings to fine-tune how you use AI in virtual meetings.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Looking <\/span>for<\/span> all your <\/span>cloud-based <\/span>recordings and whiteboards<\/span>? <\/span>You can <\/span>locate<\/span> recordings and transcripts in the menu on the l<\/span>eft underneath the \u201cLibrary\u201d heading<\/span>. \u00a0<\/span>To view saved whiteboards, select the waffle icon in the top-right corner of the screen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
