Perkins<\/a> PhD. shared a great experience alongside the group of students participating in the China Summer 2018 Study abroad program.<\/p>\n<h2>Excursions<\/h2>\n<p>Great Wall of China, Summer Palace, Tiananmen Square, Temple of Heaven, Pearl Market, and other historic sites.<\/p>\n<h2>Learning Objectives &amp; Courses<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Comparative Research Methods and Social Welfare Policy Analysis in an International Context,<\/li>\n<li>Diverse Ethnic and Cultural Differences across and within Asia (with special focus on China), and<\/li>\n<li>Chinese Social Problems, Social Work Practice, and Civic Engagement in Relation to Social Justice and Human Rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>SOWK 606 Practicum in Research &amp; SOWK 634 Special Topics.<\/h4>\n<div id='gallery-1'
