SCPS proudly represented at Alpha Signa Nu ceremony

The Alpha Sigma Nu (ASN) is the international honor society of Jesuit institutions of higher education. The society was founded in 1915 to honor a select number of students each year on the basis of scholarship, loyalty, and service.

Each year, deans across all schools and colleges of Loyola University Chicago select students who demonstrate an intelligent appreciation of and commitment to the ideals of Jesuit higher education, for induction into the Alpha Sigma Nu Honors Society.

This year, SCPS was proud to be represented by students Karen Osher, Michelle Cygan, Norma Glasco and Keeley Rohrbach.

Also in attendance was Associate Dean Jeanne Widen, who was part of the presentation ceremony.

This year’s ASN was doubly special because Sr. Jean Dolores Schmidt was given an honorary induction.

SCPS is proud of the academic accomplishments of our students and those who go above and beyond expectations, both in and out of the classroom.
