These initiatives are reshaping how communities think about consumption, recycling, and composting, creating opportunities for practical action on campuses.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Understanding Circular Waste Policy<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Circular waste policies aim to close the loop in our material economy.
