Alumna Offered Fulbright Distinguished Award in Teaching
Beth Burkhart, MED ’05, has been offered a Fulbright Distinguished Award in Teaching grant to New Zealand by the United States Department of State and the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board. Beth is one of approximately 45 U.S. citizens who will travel abroad through this program for 2016-2017. Press Release.
Beth currently teaches at Goudy Elementary School in Chicago and was the 2014 Distinguished Alumna Awardee for the Teaching and Learning Program in the School of Education. Congratulations!
