Renowned Organist Nathan J. Laube to Visit Loyola University Chicago
Loyola University Chicago is proud to present the intricate stylings of Nathan J. Laube, a young classical musician who has been playing piano since he was five-years-old and now specializes in organ playing. Although younger than many of his counterparts, Laube’s brilliant playing, audience-friendly programming, and gracious demeanor have thrilled audiences and presenters across the United States and in Europe. This performance is a part of the University’s Summer Celebrity Organ Concert Series.
Some of Laube’s biggest accomplishments include: winning the coveted William Fulbright Grant, winning first place awards from the prestigious National Albert Schweitzer Organ Competition, and winning the Chicago American Guild of Organists/Quimby Regional Competition for Young Organists.
