Chicago’s Nonprofit and Philanthropic Leaders Join the
Loyola Community for Annual Philanthropy for All Seasons Event
Challenges within the Nonprofit and Philanthropic Communities to be Addressed
The Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy Sector (NMPS) program at Loyola University Chicago’s School of Social Work is hosting their 7th Annual Philanthropy for All Seasons reception. The reception provides attendees the opportunity to meet Chicago’s nonprofit and philanthropic leaders and learn more about the challenges they are facing.
Pablo Eisenberg, senior fellow at the Center for Public & Nonprofit Leadership at Georgetown’s Public Policy Institute, will serve as the keynote speaker. The 2010 Louis T. Delgado Social Justice in Philanthropy Award will also be presented to Dr. Tariq Cheema, founder of the World Congress of Muslim Philanthropists. The award recognizes an individual or organization who best exemplifies the highest standards in their business practices, maintains a strong commitment to justice and the advancement of philanthropy, and whose achievements have made an impact on society and the Chicago area.
