2022 Symposium – Religious Liberty

The Loyola University Chicago Law Journal presents

Religious Liberty at a Historic Crossroads:
An Examination of the American Bedrock Principle and its Unsettled Future

April 8, 2022

This one-day conference explored the concept of Religious Liberty, a perennial issue of vital importance in terms of how people live their lives and how society is structured. It was also a timely issue given the numerous and significant legal developments within the past few years, including from the Supreme Court’s most recent term. The conference panels were organized to discuss these issues, amongst others, from a variety of different perspectives.
