Rachel (also known as Randy) Gibbons serves as the Assistant Director of IPS and will have completed 29 years of working at IPS in November. She received her MPS in 1989, and continues to be committed to the theory and practice of ministry, even though she comes at it from the administrative end. Randy is married to Bill, has 4 children, and 4 of the most wonderful grandchildren in the world.
