Provost’s awards for excellence in teaching
Dear Loyola Students,
Loyola University Chicago values excellence in teaching as central to our mission. In recognition of this important part of our mission, the Office of the Provost would like to formally recognize exceptional faculty members who demonstrate excellence in advising and mentoring, engaged teaching, teaching 100-level classes to freshmen, and teaching across all four years. We invite you to nominate faculty members who went above and beyond your expectations for each of these categories.
Teaching award recipients will be recognized at various events throughout the year, including during the Weekend of Excellence.
Please click here to nominate faculty members you feel deserve recognition. We hope you will take some time and consider the faculty members who have made a difference by helping and guiding you throughout your time at Loyola. The nomination form is anonymous; the awards committee may use your comments about the faculty members during the awards process.
Please submit your nominations by the end of the day on Thursday, March 28.
