Want to know what Heaven feels like? Come to LUMA

On Tuesday, March 20, at 6 p.m., LUMA continues its public programs, in conjunction with its current  HEAVEN+HELL exhibition. Tuesday evening’s event is titled What Does Heaven FEEL Like? An Astronomical Evening. Using depictions of the sky, as experienced from earth and from space, and noting the diverse ways cultures past and present have incorporated the heavens into earthly forms, Marv Bolt from the Alder Planetarium will explore our impressions of transcendence and responses to our leading question.

The event will take place at LUMA (820 N. Michigan Avenue) and is FREE for LUMA members and Loyola students, faculty, and staff. Admission for the general public is $4. RSVP to luma@luc.edu or call 312.915.7608.
