Some things get better with age.  Like a fine wine, the Wollersheim Winery has blossomed into a nationally renowned winery. Tucked into the rolling hills of Prarie du Sac, Wisconsin, the Wollersheim Winery is owned and operated by husband and wife Phillipe Coquard and Julie Wollersheim.  The family owned winery was handed down to the couple by Julie’s parent’s Bob and JoAnn Wollersheim. This year, the Wollersheim Winery celebrates its 40th year of operation.  The winery received an early birthday present in March when the San Diego International Wine Competition named Wollersheim Winery of the Year.

The Wollersheim winery grows four Wisconsin weather compatible hybrid vines; two French-American red hybrid vines: Marechal Foch and Leon Millot, as well as two Wisconsin-native American white hybrid vines: St. Pepin and LaCrosse.
