Students turn to dance to relieve stress

With finals right around the corner and college students feeling stressed, they turn to fun activities that help them loosen up.

Dancing is not only fun but can help both physically and mentally.

Amy Wilkinson, a professional dancer who also teaches here at Loyola, and Loyola students explain why they turn to dance and how it helps them overcome stress and anxiety.
