8 Best Apps for Summer

You sit on the couch in your Lays crusted jammies vegging out to and day long television marathon (is that drool on your chin?) when the fleeting thought hits you: is there more to summer?

Here is a list of 8 applications that are compatible with iOS that will help transform your summer memories from the life of Don Draper to, well, memories of your own life.

Craig Treston, a Loyola senior who works at the IT Help Desk on the Water Tower Campus weighs in on summer apps. “In the summer students have more time to use apps and there’s a lot of useful ones that make it easy to find cool stuff to do” he said.

According to Treston the most useful apps include integration with other services such as Google maps or Yelp.

Dust off the crust, get off the couch and do all that stuff you said you were going to do once you were free from those all-nighters at the library.
