One of the greatest strengths of NGLI is confidential peer learning – throughout the program, your fellow classmates will support you and hold you accountable (and vice versa). NGLI meets once a month for 18 months on Loyola’s Water Tower Campus in Chicago. We know – it’s a big commitment, especially for working professionals, so to make things easier, we schedule meetings around your calendar.ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
Each NGLI participant is paired with a personal leadership coach who they meet with privately once a month. That’s over 20 hours of one-on-one coaching! Coaching sessions are safe, confidential and an important part of your growth and development.A CURRICULUM DESIGNED JUST FOR YOU
NGLI is tailored specifically for next gen leaders in family business. This means that presentations, discussions, reading materials, and guest speakers aren’t just about business. They’re about family business.ASSESSMENTS > AWARENESS > ACTION
In order to identify your leadership strengths and challenges, NGLI’s curriculum includes two evaluations: the Hogan Assessment and the Leadership Versatility Index.
