An intimate co-hort of like minded family business owners will learn how to become effective directors and strengthen their family and business.  Through case studies, board simulations, and interactive dialogue, participants will learn how a Board effectively engages with management in overseeing corporate strategy, aligns business and family strategy, and provides accountability to management.
