Coming out of last week’s Advisory Board Meeting 3 new SIGs  were identified and we are looking for people who would like to participate in the groups and potentially chair or co-chair them – so please share this with others on your team.  The SIG is:

As you may be aware we have a number of existing SIGs – all of which are open to additional members.  They include:

Explore and optimize the use of “The Fresh Connection” business simulation tool to highlight the cross-functional impact of strategic and tactical decisions and reinforce the importance of organizational alignment.

Monthly Breakfast Speaker Series

SVCC Awards Committee

Women Business Leaders

Chairs Betsey Nohe & Wendy Wadas – Morton Salt

Encouraging women to pursue careers in Supply Chain brought this group together.  They have created a powerful mentorship program, first with women and soon expanding to include men.

If you are interested in any of the SIGs – new or existing – please contact Harry Haney at hhaney@luc.edu.  We welcome both SVCC members and non-members to participate in these SIGs.
