Cream Cheese Stuffed Banana Peppers

*We recently made these peppers with our Chef Scott out at LUREC. They were delicious especially when paired with our red pepper jelly!


6 Banana Peppers

Cream Cheese Mixture (Cream Cheese mixed with Chives)

Egg wash (4 eggs with 2 cups water)


Bread Crumbs seasoned with Salt and Peppper


1. Wash banana peppers

2. Cut a small slit down the side of each pepper and remove the seeds

3. Stuff the peppers with the cream cheese mixture

4. Roll the peppers in flour, then the egg wash, then the seasoned bread crumbs

5. Roll the peppers again in the egg wash then flour

6. Fry peppers

7. Enjoy!
