Evolution is the unifying theory underlying all of biology. Everything in biology is the result of evolutionary processes. Biology is the study of life and evolution is the study of the history of life.

We will select themes in evolutionary biology that are relevant to the thesis research of each of the students in the class. Each week, two different students will present papers and summarize the discussion. Other students are expected to contribute with comments.
