Dr. OiYan Poon, Higher Education faculty, is the lead author/coordinator for a Presidential Session proposal recently accepted for the 2014 AERA Conference. The session, Toward Collective Action to Reclaim Public Narrative for Justice: Ameliorating on Impoverished Cultural Discourse on Affirmative Action in Higher Education is one of nine accepted. On Tuesday, May 27, School of Education faculty Michael Boyle, Susan Sostak and Marla Israel presented at the 2nd Annual Leadership to Integrate the Learning Continuum (LNC) symposium in Bloomington, IL. Their presentation focused on Loyola’s unique principal preparation program (M.Ed. and Ed.D) that includes a three-year coaching model.
