On April 5. Students from schools and universities in the Chicagoland joined Loyola students at the third annual Best Buddies Friendship Walk at Loyola’s Lake Shore Campus. Chicagoland Partners for English Language Learners (CPELL) has partnered with Skokie School District 68 among others to help the districts strengthen their ELL programs. Skokie 68 acknowledges the difference CPELL has made in their newsletter by offering professional development, parental support seminars, and ESL degree and endorsement programs.
