Two MEd Higher Education Students Accepted into the 2015 Ambassadors Program

Ruelle_Schipma ACPA AmbassadorsEric Ruelle and Ally Schipma, current students in the MED in Higher Education program, have been accepted into the 2015 Ambassadors Program!  Each year, the leadership team from ACPA’s Standing Committee on Graduate Student and New Professionals, through an application process, selects individuals to serve as ACPA Ambassadors.  The mission of the Ambassadors Program is to promote leadership opportunities and networking connections for graduate students and new professionals within ACPA and at their home institution.    In addition, Ambassadors are Graduate Students or New Professionals working on campuses across the country to create networking opportunities and expand the knowledge of ACPA.  Thus, at Loyola, Eric and Ally will serve as ACPA Liaisons.  Often, Ambassadors can be called on to:

  • Facilitate presentations concerning ACPA and professional development opportunities in ACPA to their colleagues
  • Host presentations to undergraduate students concerning the field of Student Affairs
  • Disseminate information concerning ACPA and professional development opportunities to colleagues

Congratulations Eric and Ally!
