International Fair for SOE Students
On Monday, September 17th, the School of Education’s International Committee will be sponsoring an International Fair at the Lake Shore Campus in the Simpson Multipurpose Room from 5:30 to 7:30. Various organizations and programs will exhibit information for both undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in opportunities here and abroad such as tutoring immigrant children and adults, working with refugee families, receiving an ESL or bilingual endorsement, studying or traveling abroad, improving language skills through immersion programs, and more. In addition to exhibitors, there will be a student panel from 6:15 – 6:45pm where undergraduate and graduate SOE students share the personal and professional impact of their international experiences.
