Prof. Sobe Delivers Keynote Address at Brazilian History of Education Conference
At the end of June Professor Noah W. Sobe was at the VIII Congresso Brasileiro de História da Educação conference in Maringa, Brazil as a guest of the Brazilian Historians of Education Association (SBHE) to give a workshop and participate in a special invited panel on sources and interpretation in the history of education. Prof. Sobe discussed ongoing work he is involved in, in the history of emotions in school and also gave a lecture titled “Sources, Schooling, and Childhood: Power, Affect, Embodiment.”
