Professor Monisha Bajaj (University of San Francisco) giving lecture and workshop on Human Rights and Education – Nov 4th

On Tuesday November 4th, in conjunction with Loyola’s Center for the Human Rights of the Child, CEPS will be welcoming Professor Monisha Bajaj of the University of San Francisco to campus for a workshop and an evening lecture.  Prof. Bajaj has a global reputation for her work on human rights education and currently directs USF’s MA in human rights education.

On November 4th, 2014 from 2:00pm – 3:30 Prof. Bajaj will be running a workshop titled “Human Rights Education 101”.  The workshop is free and open to the public.  Please register at http://www.luc.edu/rsvpsoe.

Then at 6pm, in CLC 205 (25 East Pearson Street, WTC)  Prof. Bajaj will be delivering a lecture titled “The Right to Education in Global Perspective”.
