Infrastructure Maintenance April 27 (No Service Interruption expected)

Periodically, Blackboard Managed Hosting Engineers use the regular weekly Friday maintenance window to do proactive and preventive maintenance to ensure the health of Blackboard systems and network infrastructure.

On Friday, April 27th, 2012 between the hours of 01:00 am and 05:00 am US Central, the Managed Hosting Engineers will be performing such maintenance at the VA2 datacenter. No service interruption is expected as a result of the work however we are notifying you in advance in case you experience intermittent connectivity for few minutes during the maintenance window as network traffic adjusts.

Service Interruption: Emergency Maintenance Thursday, April 19th

On Thursday April 19th 2012, between the hours of 11:01 pm to 05:00 am US Central, Blackboard Managed Hosting Engineers will be doing a service restart of our hosted BBLS Blackboard Production site. The maintenance is to deploy the new java code signing certificate used by the product to certify 3rd party tools.  

We anticipate less than one hour of service interruption during this maintenance window.
