Application, Security Patches to be Applied Oct. 22 – Service Interruption

On Saturday, October 22, 2011, between the hours of 01:00 am and 05:00 am US Central, Blackboard Managed Hosting Engineers will be proactively applying critical application patches which improve performance and stability in our hosted environment.  Also two security patches will be applied.

During this application of patches a service restart of your hosted Blackboard site will be needed for the patches to take effect.

We anticipate less than one hour of service interruption during the window.
