Server restart May 27 – Avoid Assessment or Collaboration Features During Restart
Thursday, May 26th, 2011Blackboard engineers will be performing a rolling services restart tomorrow Friday 5/27 from 4:00AM – 4:30AM ET (3:00AM – 3:30AM CT) to resolve some outstanding issues from the upgrade.
As a reminder, with a rolling restart there should be no downtime for the URL, but since users may be disconnected from their current appserver session, we recommend that users avoid using the assessment or collaboration features during this period.
