On Friday, April 26th, 2013, between the hours of 01:00 am and 05:00 am US Central, Blackboard’s Managed Hosting Infrastructure Team will be performing an infrastructure maintenance at their VA2 data centers.

Blackboard Managed Hosting has proactively scheduled a necessary data migration window to move your data to a more scalable storage environment which can accommodate future growth. The migration will be performed during your scheduled maintenance window on Friday, March 22nd, 2013, between 1:00am and 5:00am CDT.

On Friday, February 1st, 2013, between the hours of 01:00 am and 05:00 am US Central, Blackboard’s Managed Hosting Infrastructure Team will be performing an infrastructure maintenance at their VA2 & VA3 data centers. This maintenance is not expected to be service-impacting however we are notifying you just in case you experience any intermittent connectivity for few minutes during this maintenance window.

Blackboard Managed Hosting Engineers will perform system maintenance on our hosted site between the hours of 11:01 pm on Saturday, Feb 2nd, and 05:00 am US Central on Sunday, Feb 3rd, 2013.

Please take note that this is a service impacting maintenance occurring on a Sunday when we deploy a Security Patch. It is comprised of critical product patches which enhance the security and stability of our hosted environment.
