Mullady Theatre

The Kathleen Mullady Theatre is located in the Centennial Forum Student Union at 1125 West Loyola Avenue. For a map and directions click HERE.

Built in 1968, the same year that the Department of Theatre was established on campus, this theatre is an intimate 297 seat procenium.

  Mullady Inside

The department produces a Mainstage Performance Series consisting of three or four full productions and a number of special events and other programs each year. Being part of the lively theatre and arts scene in Chicago, we are able to incorporate the talents of many great theatre professionals in our productions.

The theatre is also host to a number of other University Events. During the summer months the theatre has been used by a number of professional theatre companies and community organizations.

On our stage this season we have four shows you won’t want to miss!

Intimate Apparel by Lynn Nottage, September 25-October 8

The Good Woman of Setzuan by Bertolt Brecht, November 6-16

Mnemonic (Midwest Premiere!) Conceived by Simon McBurney and Theatre de Complicite, February 12-22
