During performances of Shakespeare’s plays in the late-sixteenth and early seventeenth century, “Groundlings” sat in the “pit” of the Globe Theatre, mere feet away from the actors. Today, as we celebrate the legacy of the bard with our #3USHAK3SF3ST, we’re proud to offer our students and other community members “Groundlings Passes.”
These passes will grant admission to three separate performances of Shakespeare plays. The dates and performances are as follows:
Loyola’s Measure for Measure: Friday, Feb. 17, 7:30PM
Western’s War of the Roses: Saturday, Feb. 18, 7:30PM
Bradley’s The Tempest: Sunday Feb. 19, 2PM
Passes are now available on LUC.Tix.com. Groundlings passes will be $10 for LUC students and $15 for general admission.
