“Come…sit by my side, and let the world slip, we shall ne’er be younger.” Using one of the bard’s own quotes from The Taming of the Shrew, we’d like to invite you to celebrate the timeless joys of theatre with us. Join Loyola’s Department of Fine and Performing Arts February 17-19 for our collaborative Shakespeare festival with Bradley and Western Universities!

Our Thursday and Friday performances of Measure for Measure will be followed by Western’s Saturday adaptation of Henry IV parts one and two. On Sunday Bradley will perform their production of The Tempest.

Don’t forget to buy our special Groundlings pass for admission into all the festival performances! Tickets and Groundlings passes are available at LUC.Tix.com.

Contact the Box Office at BoxOffice@LUC.edu or 773.508.3847 with any questions. Hope to see you this weekend!

While we’re preparing to open Measure for Measure as a part of #3USHAK3SF3ST, you can get an early dose of Shakespeare at Chicago Shakespeare Theater’s The Feast: an intimate Tempest. This innovative production of one of the bard’s later plays will feature traditional actors juxtaposed with original music, puppets, and animations. Tickets are $35 per person, and it’s sure to be a wonderfully unique experience for anyone who loves Shakespeare as much as we do.

The Feast runs through March 11, but many shows are already sold out, so be sure to reserve tickets today!
