The cast is in the Mullady theatre as of Friday! So what does it look like? If you’ll take a glance at the picture above, you’ll see designer Timothy Mann’s set model. Before rehearsals for any show begin, scenic designers draw out ground plans and build models to show the cast, director, and construction crews. It’s the first day of Spring! While Chicago does its best New Orleans impression, the cast and crew have been hard at work rehearsing A Streetcar Named Desire. The show is completely blocked, and tonight was the first time the cast ran it in its entirety. Streetcar Starts Rolling!

Welcome back from Spring break, Loyola! Chicago is warming up, and so is our production of A Streetcar Named Desire. On Friday, the cast met for the first time to read through the play.
