Nothing says summer in the city of Chicago more than street festivals. Literally every weekend in the Windy City, there’s a new neighborhood to explore with its barbequed meat fiestas or cultural extravaganzas. August 16-18, Rogers Park will be offering its very own street festival, the Glenwood Ave Arts Fest.
This annual bash offers artists and merchants of all disciplines to set up shop for you to peruse and browse. Live music is also on the menu with tons of grub from the nearby restaurants and bars. The festival will take place between Lunt Ave and Farwell Ave on Glenwood Ave from noon to 9PM.
So mark your calendars for some fun in support of RoPo’s local artists!
