2010 theatre alumna Sheila O’Connor is set to perform in the latest Shattered Globe Theatre production, Her Naked Skin. Set during England’s women’s suffrage moment of the early 20th century, Her Naked Skin follows the love affair between two suffragettes: Lady Celia Cain, a married woman from the upper-class, and Eve, a working-class seamstress twenty years Celia’s junior. As they explore their new found romantic relationships, the two women simultaneously encounter the limitations of freedom in their social and political spheres.
