For our last season in Mullady Theatre, we are planning several exciting alumni events to celebrate the department’s successful history. The Department of Fine and Performing Arts extends a warm welcome to all alumni for these three receptions!
We have planned these receptions as a means for our alumni to catch up with old friends, meet other alumni from the department, and see the state of Loyola today, both in our Department of Fine and Performing Arts and on our beautiful campus!
Alumni receptions will include hors d’oeuvres and an open bar. Each reception will be held immediately following the performances in Bremner Lounge, in the same building as Mullady Theatre.
LIVE SCRAPBOOK
In an effort to preserve the 44 years of memories in Mullady Theatre, we are planing on having a live scrapbook where alumni will be able to share their mementos from productions at Loyola. This could be anything from a photo to a ticket stub, a program to a lucky shoelace you wore in a costume. Please be creative and bring as many items as you would like for the scrapbook.
The live scrapbook will be set up at each alumni reception, so continue looking through your memory boxes through the year!
DATES AND RESERVATION INFORMATION
The dates for alumni receptions are as follows:
Into the Woods: Friday, November 4th following the 7:30 PM performance.
Measure for Measure: Friday, February 10th following the 7:30 PM performance.
A Streetcar Named Desire: Sunday, April 22nd following the 2 PM matinée.
For EACH of these performances with alumni receptions–and these performances only–alumni have the option of reserving 2 FREE tickets. These free tickets may be reserved online at LUC.Tix.com with the discount code “ALUMNI”.
Reservations may also be placed by calling at 773.508.3847 or emailing BoxOffice@LUC.edu and mentioning the discount code.
If alumni cannot attend these performances but would still like to see the productions on other days, we do have another discount code that can be entered at LUC.Tix.com (MULLADY) that takes $2 off the normal alumni ticket price.
