Kyle Shinseki

I am a Jesuit scholastic in my first year of Philosophy and Theology studies at Loyola University Chicago.  I was born and raised in Hawaii and worked in both the private and nonprofit sectors before joining the Society of Jesus in 2009.  Aside from my interest in immigration issues, cooking is one of my favorite hobbies, especially Japanese, Cuban, and Mexican cuisine.

Stine Odegard

Hello, everyone!  My name is Stine Odegard, and I am a first year graduate student in the Higher Education program.  I am really grateful and excited to be a part of this fabulous team of co-leaders for this trip to Mexico!   I currently work as an Assistant Resident Director for Simpson/BVM in Residence Life here at Loyola.    Before coming to Loyola, I had the honor of working with alternative break immersions at another institution, so I am so grateful to return to being involved in this kind of experience that enriches and challenges me in meaningful ways.  I have been to CCIDD once before, but I am excited to return for the full program, to learn new things and to gain new perspectives with our team from Loyola!!
